Terms of Use
Last updated September 5, 2026
These terms cover this website. They do not cover a coaching or consulting engagement, which is governed by whatever the two of us sign.
The content here is guidance, not a guarantee
The frameworks, tips, and articles on this site come from thirty years of work with sales teams. They are offered as professional guidance. Sales outcomes depend on your market, your team, and your execution, so nothing here is a promise of a particular result.
The results and quotations shown are from real engagements and describe what those specific clients experienced. They are not a forecast of what you would experience.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, quote, and share this material with attribution. Do not republish it wholesale as your own, resell it, or use it to train a model you then sell.
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit the forms automatically, or use them to send mail to anyone but Jeff.
Engagements
Submitting a form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve time, or oblige either of us to anything. An engagement begins only when there is a written agreement covering scope, fees, and terms, and that agreement takes precedence over this page.
Links out
Where this site links somewhere else, that site is not under Jeff's control and these terms stop at the link.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Perceptive Learning is not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from decisions taken on the basis of its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Questions go to jeff@perceptivelearning.com.
