Privacy Policy

Two forms, and nothing else. The guide form asks for your email address. The Start a Conversation form asks for your name, email address, company, the challenge you picked, and your team size.

There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and no cookies set by this site.

A submission is sent as an email to Jeff at jeff@perceptivelearning.com using Amazon Simple Email Service. It is not written to a database, a CRM, or a mailing-list platform, because this site does not have any of those. The record of your enquiry is Jeff's inbox.

If you submitted the guide form, you also get one confirmation email with the guide. There is no drip sequence behind it.

Your details are never sold, rented, or shared with a third party.

Three values are kept in your browser's local storage on your device and are never transmitted anywhere: theme, which remembers whether you chose light or dark; and perceptive_tips_email plus perceptive_tips_date, which let you reopen the tips guide without re-entering your email. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Form submissions pass through Cloudflare Turnstile, which issues an anti-bot token. Cloudflare receives the technical signals it needs to tell a person from a script. It does not receive your form answers.

This site is hosted on AWS Amplify, which keeps ordinary server access logs including IP addresses, as any web host does.

Enquiry emails are kept as long as they are useful to the conversation you started. Email jeff@perceptivelearning.com and ask, and Jeff will delete your details and confirm that he has. You do not need to give a reason.

The same address is the one to use to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to object to it being held at all.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions; ask if you need one.
